Between his studies at the University of Oregon's business school, Tyler contributes in many vital ways to Swahili's operations. From packing orders to manning the retail store to drafting descriptions for product pages, Tyler brings a positive outlook, a keen pen and extensive insight gained through years of exposure to Leslie's development work in Africa.
 
As the son of the "boss", Tyler has become a beacon of encouragement to the rest of Swahili's staff. Always optimistic, always fun and always down to business, Tyler is an invaluable element of Swahili's daily life.
 
We have all enjoyed watching Tyler develop into a young man with great potential. Following in the footsteps of his mother, he has journeyed to many locations around the world, spending time this past year in Australia, Southeast Asia, the United Kingdom and Italy.
